Hello from Williamson Dental,
Last night we received direction from the American Dental Association of their suggestion that dental offices nationwide should postpone any elective dental procedure to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We, of course, will still be handling dental emergencies. This is for the protection of our patients, our team, and their families. At this point in time, we completely agree with the actions taken by our leadership. If Williamson Dental can contribute by both lowering the chance that the virus will take hold, and help delay it enough for our Health Services to adequately prepare - then we are here to help.
On our end there is a lot to work out. We have a strategy for how we are going to handle all of this rescheduling. Please give us a little time for this, we will be reaching out to you if you need to be rescheduled. We will only be seeing emergencies by appointment only. If you come to our office without an appointment, we will ask you to return to your car and call us.
We are currently open to only emergencies, such as pain, infection, swelling, trauma, bleeding, a stuck object, or a cracked tooth. If it is a true dental emergency and our office is closed, please call (636) 465-9393 and you will reach Dr. Williamson’s voicemail. Dr. Williamson, Dr. Haarmann, or Dr. Raney will return your call and possibly coordinate a time with our team to see you at our office.
If you have a general question, you can call the office or leave a voicemail and we will return it as soon as we are able to. You can email each office at Festus - email@example.com Columbia - firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is uncharted territory for all of us. We are all, no doubt, very concerned for our physical, emotional, and financial health. All of us here at Williamson Dental are your neighbors, your friends, and your family. Let us be here for each other in the coming months.
With sincerity and optimism,
Nathan D. Williamson, D.M.D.
